This healthy vegetable fish dish can be cooked for lunch or dinner.

What we need:

  • white cabbage
  • zucchini
  • peas
  • broccoli
  • white fish
  • pasta
  • olive oil
  • salt & pepper

Cook the pasta first. Rinse and chop the vegetables of your choices (zucchini, cabbage, broccoli…). Sautè the vegetables in a large pan with salt, pepper and olive oil. 

Garnish and enjoy this clean, healthy and full of nutrition meal ready in less than 9 minutes.
