Diamonds For Breakfast Ready In 1 Minute

Breakfast, the most important meal of the day!

Eating a smart breakfast leads to healthier choices all day long and will boost your brain!

Here is how it goes:

  • warm up a cup of water/ milk in a pot
  • mix with 4-5 table spoons oatmeal
  • 2 spoons chia seeds
  • half of a banana, blueberries, grapes or whatever fruit you have left in your kitchen (cut in small pieces) besides citrus fruit
  • add some cinnamon, vanilla bourbon and let it swell up

If the mixture is to thick add some hot/cold water or milk.

Finish off with fresh nuts like walnuts, almonds or coconut flakes.
