VIRTUAL MUSIC EVENT WITH SOCIAL INTERACTION: INHOUSE

by Kristin

International top DJs play at fun and exiting locations.

The brand new ‘InHouse‘ originating from the Netherlands will bring the festival feeling to the living rooms of worldwide festival fans on September 26, 2020. During this first digital festival with social interaction since corona,
11 international top DJs including Nicky Romero and Laidback Luke will perform their sets for “festival goers” from all over the world. There is digital space for up to 200,000 visitors.

Ruben Mandolini, Anfisa Letyago, Dubfire, Dash Berlin, Juicy M, James Hype and more….

InHouse tries to get as close as possible to the real festival experience

The current range of already existing livestreams via social media is missing one crucial part to experience the real festival feeling; this is the social interaction with friends and strangers. DJ and top model Miss Nine and successful media entrepreneur Gennie Freen joined forces for a digital event that comes as close as possible to the familiardance event experience; enjoy the beats of internationally successful DJs, while those present with video and sound are connected live with other streamers, known or (still) unknown. “ Therefore the social interaction makes InHouse a very nice way to meet new people. This is more challenging during this corona period.
InHouse makes it easy to connect with potential friends, because if you are listening to the same performance you know one thing for sure: the music taste is in any case the same ”.

International DJs from unique locations

InHouse managed to bring in internationally renowned names for the event. None other than Laidback Luke, Dubfire, Nicky Romero, Juicy M, James Hype,
Ruben Mandolini, Anfisa Letyago, Lennox, Dash Berlin, Mr Belt & Wezol, and of course Miss Nine herself will be presenting a top show during the event.

And they do not perform from ‘just any place’, but from an exiting and unique places such as the Amsterdam canals, London skyline, the highest building in Germany,
Keukenhof Castle, between the classic cars in the Louwman Museum, an Boeing 747 , a junkyard, and the famous Hollywood Hills.

Advanced techniques

InHouse is the first large-scale online event where visitors can connect with each other
via visuals and sound, while listening and watching one of the artists in the great line up. To ensure that nothing can disturb the streaming and interaction on September 26, an advanced website has been developed for the streams and a made to measure app has been built for both iOS and Android. Wherever those present are located; naturally with an internet connection, WiFi or a hotspot, don’t have to miss a thing. We know this unique technique works as this was confirmed during a stress test with 400,000 attendees.

The future

The ambition is to organize InHouse events more and more often, to provide hundreds of thousands of people worldwide with a fantastic time on a regular basis and also to provide income for the artists. In addition to its own editions, the organization is looking into the possibilities of realising special editions in collaboration with existing (festival and concert) organizations.
